This means no major alteration to the content, but the structure and method of delivery will have altered.

Eat That Frog: The Pareto Principle – Participants consider how they spend their time and whether they are wasting it on activities that are not helpful to them.

Prioritising: how do we spend our day? – An activity to help participants identify whether they work reactively or proactively.

Prioritising: The Priority Matrix – Taking the Rock, Pebbles and Sand methodology further, participants explore what truly is urgent and what is important in our day to day.

Prioritising: Company Performance Tensions – A consideration of the tensions that exist when there are conflicting objectives.

What’s my mindset? – An introduction to Carol Dwecks work and how our way of thinking can get in the way of our success. Link to YouTube video included.

What’s my mindset? Energy Cycles – Explores how our energy levels vary, the impact on our effectiveness and what to do about this.
