Planning – Where do you Want to be? – next is the opportunity to begin to set sights on future goals and ambitions, establishing what might get in the way and what can be done to overcome these challenges

Planning – How Will you get There? – completing the planning model be drilling down to the key actions that must be taken based on previous findings

Module two

Problem Solving – Setting out a structure for problem solving based on known theories

Job Searching – exploring the options when job searching and clarifying the best approach

Applications – how to ensure applications are managed and completed effectively, including all the tools you might need; application packs, application forms, job descriptions, person specifications and covering letters

Module three

CV Preparation – developing a CV that gets results and achieves your objective of getting that all important interview

Networking – exploring the different networking opportunities and methods when looking for work after redundancy and the pros and cons of each

Module four

Interviews – understanding the different types of interview approaches organisations use and how to approach them

Interview Skills – helping participants develop and hone their interview skills while building confidence in their ability to present themselves effectively

A New Direction? – looking at the options open to participants with regard to re-skilling, seeking qualifications, providing voluntary work or even setting up their own business are reviewed for those that may consider redundancy an opportunity to change their career approach

Staying Focused – ensuring participants focus on the positive aspects that redundancy presents and that they stay full motivated and focused on goals.
