This free icebreaker is useful in situations where you want to get people thinking about specific topics. It also helps to introduce participants to new ideas and of course each other.

Resources Needed – small pre-prepared business card size pieces of card with facts about the training topic written on them. There must be a pair of these cards for each fact.
Instructions – hand out the cards with facts written on them to each of the participants; ensure each fact has a duplicate within the group. Ask participants to find the person with the same fact as them on their card and once they have found them, introduce themselves and discuss the relevant fact and what it means to them. Review the facts with everyone as a group.
Objectives:
This icebreaker provokes thoughts and is useful for raising interesting questions.
