Intended for:
This energiser can be used to close a training session where you want to end the day on a high. The participants will also need to be creative and the energiser gets their ideas flowing about what they found good about the training.
Training course contents:
You can download a set of instructions for the energiser, ‘Inspirational’ from the link at the bottom of this page, or you can follow the notes below.
Resources Needed:
Post-it notes, Flipchart and Pens
Instructions:
Explain to participants that you would like them to devise an inspirational quote to sum up what they got out of the training session, meeting or event.
They should write the inspirational quotes on individual post-it notes and then stick the post it note to a flipchart at the front of the room.
Once they have completed this, the trainer can read out the inspirational quotes to the group and discuss the motives behind them.
