This free energiser provides a little head-scratcher for participants and can be used as a pick me up after a break or to inject a bit of interest at any point.
It is particularly useful when you want participants to problem solve or use creative thinking and can also be effective for decision making training.

Instructions:
Provide each of the participants with the question sheet, ‘Chandelier is to Ceiling as Stalactite is to Roof’ (available from the download button at the bottom of this page). Advise them that their task is to work on each of the questions with the person next to them and decide what replaces the gap in the analogy.
In review, provide the answers to the questions and ask them how they got on. There may be some debate around the answers and this is fine as it encourages thinking.
Objectives:
