Intended for:
Lotus Blossom is a tool that can be used to help creative thinking and planning. We sometimes use this technique instead of mind mapping. In fact we used it to help us build our course on writing multiple choice questions. We have included a partially completed lotus blossom grid on this topic so that you can see how it is used.
This creativity tool is designed for groups and is used to provide an in depth look at possible solutions to a problem and can be used to follow on from an initial brainstorm. We also find it useful for breaking a project or a problem down into its component parts and to help identify what needs to be done for each of those parts.
