This free training game can be used to help participants consolidate learning in a fun way and perhaps even develop a training model that will make you millions!
Training course contents:
You can download a one sheet set of instructions for the training game, ‘Modelling Contract’ from the link at the bottom of this page, or follow the notes below.
Place participants into teams. Each team must work on the given topic, element of a training session that you provide them with or you can ask them to review the entire session. The task is to develop a ‘training model’ based on the given topic.
The model must include all the learning points from the training and participants must be able to clearly articulate their model during their presentation to the whole group at the end of the session.
