Intended for:
This free energiser will help participants identify the issues they struggle with at work and learn how to work as a team to resolve them. It works best with individuals in teams that already know each other and work together.

Instructions:
This energiser works best when the group know each other or work in the same team. Ask the group to individually write on small separate pieces of paper, five things they consistently have problems with at work (it is best if these relate to the training topic). When they have done this, they should all fold up the sheets of paper and place them in a large bowl.
Next, go around the group asking each person in turn to take out a sheet of paper and identify who it is that has the problem written on the sheet. If the team know each other well enough they should be able to identify the person from their issue.
Once the person has been identified, the person who pulled out the paper should provide the best solution they can for helping the person resolve the issue. After they have attempted to resolve it, everyone else should be given an opportunity to input.
Work around the group until all problems have been resolved.
Objectives:
This energiser helps teams resolve individual work issues in a relaxed environment. It can be really useful during a Team Building training course.
