This free energiser is useful to re-energise a team and get them working together. It focuses on communication and general teamwork.

Instructions:
Ask the participants to make groups of 4-5 persons. Every participant is given a piece of paper with the name of an animal on it. Each group has the same animal.
The participants are asked to spread out and mingle in the room and then the lights are turned off.
Using only the sound of the animals (no talking!), the participants must find their respective groups. The winner is the group who is the fastest group to be complete.
Objectives:
This energiser can be used to select teams, re-energise a group or simply to lighten the mood.
