Intended for:
This free energiser is useful where you want participants to focus on personal improvements.
Training course contents:
You can download a set of instructions for the energiser, ‘Naughty or Nice’ for free from the download button at the bottom of this page, or follow the instructions below.
Instructions:
This energiser works particularly well at Christmas where you can make the link between Santa’s ‘Naughty or Nice’ list, which shows who’s been good and who’s been bad throughout the year. The twist is that instead of children, the participants will focus on their own workplace behaviours and how they might improve.
The basic concept is simple and participants should write a heading on each side of a sheet of A4. One side should say, ‘Naughty’ and the other ‘Nice’.
Once they have done this they should begin the process of writing down a list of their behaviours throughout the year. Things that fall on the ‘naughty’ side, they will avoid in the coming year. Things that fall on the ‘nice’ side, they will try and replicate in the coming year.
This energiser is a great one to use at meetings around Christmas time where you can explore the concept of coming back refreshed after the holidays.
Objectives:
This energiser helps focus participants attention on improvements they can make in their ways of working and acts as a method of establishing what to stop doing and what to start doing.
