A five page pre and post course evaluation sheet, which is used to evaluate the effectiveness of any training intervention back in the workplace can be downloaded from the link at the bottom of this page.
The document also covers a ‘Performance Partnership’, which explains the importance of level 3 evaluation in the workplace and defines an agreement between the learner, their supervisor and the training team. This enables individuals to get the most out of training.
