Intended for:
This energiser is great for just after lunch when you need to re-energise the group and consolidate learning.

Tools:
Lots of coloured card, coloured paper, tissue paper etc. Sticky tape Glitter, glue, stars, shapes etc.
Instructions:
This activity works well when you return from lunch and the energy of the room needs reinvigorating.
Place participants into two groups. Ask each group to use the materials provided to create puppets that represent someone in the room. This could be another member of the groups or you as trainer if you are feeling brave!
Once they have created the puppets, ask them to use the puppets to enact the key points from the training programme so far. For instance; if you are presenting on customer care, they might act out a scenario from a customer conversation.
Remember; the puppet creation element is just for fun. The learning comes from the activity they put into place during the development of their ‘acting’.
