This free icebreaker works well as a way to encourage participants to integrate and get to know each other when there are too many participants to have meaningful introductions (best for 80+ number of participants).

Instructions – split the participants into two groups and ask each group to hold hands to form a circle. One group should be standing inside the circle of the other group with the inside group facing outwards and the outside group facing inwards (each circle should be facing the other circle).
Explain that you would like each group to slowly rotate, but in opposite directions. As they rotate, each person should introduce themselves to the person opposite until the circle makes its way back to where it started.
This method should mean that at least half the group have met each other.
Objectives:
This icebreaker is useful for introducing large groups of people to each other and is best used for large events.
