Virtual Training
Virtual Training Materials – These materials have been adapted from the corresponding classroom course materials that you will also find on our website. However, we have changed the structure and content so that it better suits delivery in a virtual environment such as a video conference call. This means no major alteration to the content, but the structure and method of delivery will have altered.
Intended for:
These change management virtual training course materials are aimed at anyone within an organisation. This could be people that have been through or are going through change and need to understand their feelings and emotions, or by leaders and managers that are required to implement change and understand the process and the range of emotions that people go through.
Training course contents:
Change is happening all the time and it is one of the guaranteed constants in life. This can be particularly true in the workplace, where organisations must adapt and change consistently to ensure they are able to keep up with client requirements in an ever-changing workplace.
It’s important that people are open to change in the workplace and that leaders in an organisation know how to manage people and ensure they get the best out of them during this process. These virtual training course materials aim to ensure that leaders have the tools they need to help people through the change process and all participants are made aware of the range of emotions they are likely to go through as a result of change.
