Intended for:
Use this free team building game to energise the team and get them working together. The game demonstrates that when a team works together it can include everyone.
Training course contents:

Goal:
To energise the team and get them working together.
Tools – a bicycle inner-tube.
Ask participants to stand in a circle and hold a bicycle inner-tube at waste height.
Explain that their task is to climb into the tube one by one. The task is complete when all participants are inside the tube.
Of course, it initially looks as though not more than two or three will be able to fit inside the tube, but as they progress they will see that all can be included.
Objectives:
This team building game works well with large groups to demonstrate that all can be included if we try hard enough.
