  • The 7 most important words on this topic are.
  • The 6 most important words on this topic are.
  • The 5 most important words on this topic are.
  • The 4 most important words on this topic are.
  • The 3 most important words on this topic are.
  • The 2 most important words on this topic are.
  • The 1 most important words on this topic is.
  1. Ask each of the participants to write their thoughts down individually, and then review them as a group when all have finished.
  1. In review, ask the participants why they chose what they chose and how they will use this information when they return to the workplace.

Objectives:

This energiser is great for helping participants focus on what is truly important for them in the training and lets them focus on key actions.
