Ask participants to introduce themselves in turn. However, as well as providing their name and job role etc. they should provide three examples of things that they consider NOT to be part of their job role. Of course this is usually things that are expected of the individual, but not actually part of what they do.
Where necessary, prompt the participant to share more and encourage them to explain in detail their feelings behind the issue/s.
This icebreaker is useful for getting participants to share their thoughts and feelings with others and to highlight the areas of annoyance within their job role.
