Training course contents:
A one page set of instructions for the energiser, ‘Three Little Words’ can be downloaded for free from the link at the bottom of this page, or you can follow the notes below.
Tools – you can either pre-prepare some pieces of paper with one word ‘things’ written on them ready to draw out of a ‘hat’ or ask participants to come up with their own ideas. Therefore, this energiser can be carried out with some or no preparation.
Instructions – explain to participants that you are going to ask them to explain one of the key things they remember from the training today (or it could be a product etc.)
Their task is to explain that ‘thing’ to the others in the group, but they can only use three words. Those words can describe the ‘thing’, but cannot be the ‘thing’.
The other people in the group must guess the ‘thing’ from the three little words provided.
1) Three Little Words = ‘Show I care’
Thing = Empathy
2) Three Little Words = ‘Customer must sign’
Thing = Contract
