This free icebreaker is useful with teams that already know each other quite well, but might not know much about their personal lives.
We have used the icebreaker quite effectively for meetings around Christmas time, where you want to have a little bit of fun and improve team morale.
Training course contents:
A set of instructions for the training icebreaker, ‘Which Kid?’ can be downloaded for free from the link at the bottom of this page, or you can follow the notes below.
Tools – ask each person to bring in a picture of them self when they were a child. This can be a baby photo or infant.
Instructions – place the pictures of each of the participants on a board or a wall in the room with a number next to it.
Give the participants a chance to look at the photos, perhaps during a break or prior to the session. Then towards the end of the session, ask the participants to answer who they think each picture belongs to.
You can make this more interesting with a prize for the person that gets the most right.
This icebreaker helps teams gel and get to know each other on a more personal level. Good for team morale and a bit of lighthearted fun.
