This free energiser is useful to demonstrate the importance of everyone being punctual and the fact that everyone is important to the training session.

Resources – A basic jigsaw puzzle.
Instructions:
1. Remove one piece of the jigsaw puzzle for every person that turned up late to the session, but don’t let anyone realise this.
2. Place the pieces of the puzzle in front of the participant/s that were late.
3. Ask the person/s to arrange the picture.
4. Of course the latecomer/s will be able to arrange the entire picture with the exception of the parts that are missing.
5. Explain the importance of each & every part to complete a picture and relate it to the latecomer/s as a missing part of a puzzle and without them the session is not complete.
6. The message from this energiser is that everyone should ensure they arrive on time.
