This energiser will help test participants ability to retain the information provided during your training course. It will also improve their retention rates, by giving them a chance to review this information.

Flipchart paper and pens.
Instructions
Create several sentences that relate to the training topic with key words included in the content. Then mix up the words, so that you end up with a list.
Use the flipchart to write this list of words down and ask participants to work in teams to unscramble them as quickly as possible.
Once they have done this, ask participants to read out their unscrambled sentences. Compare them between the teams.
