Typically, when we reference ‘training resources’, we are talking about the different formats in which training can be delivered and the variety of materials needed to make this training possible. This may include but is not limited to videos, workbooks, e-learning activities, and exercises.

As the digital environment grows, and the workplace environment evolves, the idea of training has become significantly less clear cut. Returning to the question, what materials are needed for training? At its most basic level, you need some workbooks and some exercises. But when it really comes down to it, effective training requires productive environments, expert leaders, a variety of teaching materials and engaged learners.
